Who are we?
We are an accredited consulting office specializing in design work and preparation of shop drawings for Architectural, Structure, & electromechanical works MEP, as well as project management according to the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Mission & Vision
Our Mission: Doing design, value engineering, supervision and project management for MEP works based on our vast and past experience (25 years). Our design is applicable for execution at sites with high quality and lower cost.
Our vision: We are looking forward to being the pioneers in
preparation of MEP design and value engineering, in addition to being distinct and more precise in the field of supervision and project management.
Our achievements in the field of MEP design
Preparing electromechanical designs for various projects such as networks of new residential cities, compounds, and mixed-use buildings (malls - administrative buildings) in addition to hospitals and factories. Here are the design steps for electromechanical works:
Recieving preliminary architectural drawings
The office team of electromechanical engineers studies the various architectural drawings to visualize and design the MEP works
Determining the MEP Requirements
After that, the work team proposes the locations of the rooms and the spaces required for the electromechanical devices and machines to be discussed with the architect designed to provide them in the architectural design
Preparing preliminary drawings MEP
Upon recieving architectural drawings that fulfill the electromechanical requirements of providing the required architectural spaces, the work team begins the initial design of the project MEP Schematic
Preparing detailed MEP drawings
Once the owner and architect agree to the Schematic MEP, the final architectural drawings are requested to start making a final MEP design
Preparing Tender Drawings
At this stage, all bidding documents (offering) are prepared including drawings, bids, specifications, list of drawings and list of approved manufacturers. Tender design drawings, BOQ, Specification, List of drawings & list of vendors/manufacturers list
Issued for Construction IFC . Documentation and Execution Drawings
At this stage, executable drawings are prepared directly on the site, once the architectural and structural design are based, accordingly, the electromechanical drawings are established
Participation in the bidding process (tender) and comparing technical and financial offers from competitors
If this is requested by the owner, he can participate in the tender process, as well as the work of technical and financial analysis, in addition to making comparisons between the offers of different competitors
